Aluminum veneer curtain wall is made of high quality and high strength aluminium alloy sheet. Its structure is mainly composed of panel, reinforcement bar and corner code. Corner codes can be directly formed by bending and stamping of the panel, or riveted on the small edges of the panel. The reinforcing bar is connected with the welding screw (the screw is directly welded on the back of the plate surface) to make it a solid whole, which greatly enhances the strength and rigidity of the aluminium veneer curtain wall, and ensures the smoothness and wind and seismic resistance in long-term use. If sound insulation is needed, high efficient sound insulation material can be installed inside the aluminum plate.

Aluminum curtain wall surface is generally treated by chromization and other pre-treatment, then fluorocarbon spraying treatment. Generally divided into two coats, three coats or four coats. Fluorocarbon coatings have excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, acid rain, salt spray and various air pollutants, excellent cold and heat resistance, strong ultraviolet radiation resistance, long-term color, non-powdering, long service life.
